Caribbean Edition – Saba

ABOUT THIS PREMIERE
For the first time on Saba and in the Caribbean the UNICEF Child Rights Film Festival takes place. This is the biggest Caribbean Film Festival where children design and make their own film to learn about child rights. On Saba two groups of Child Focus participate in the UNICEF Child Rights Film Festival 2018.

Theoni Wigley (12): “I really enjoyed the project, because I got the change to have a part in the film, I also learned more about the Rights of the Child”.
Kadesha Daniel (12) adds to that with the words: “I learned more about friendship and that education is important, because without education we will not make it in live”.

During the premiere the film ‘The Terrible 2 sort it out’ from The Mission Impossible Group won. This film will represent Saba during the exiting regional final on 14 April 2018! On Saba the UNICEF Child Rights Film Festival is made possible by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations and we collaborate with Child Focus. Click here for more information about the program ánd the grand final on Curacao!
