Caribbean Edition – Curacao

ABOUT THIS PREMIERE
For the first time on Curacao and in the Caribbean the UNICEF Child Rights Film Festival takes place. This is the biggest Caribbean Film Festival where children design and make their own film to learn about child rights.

On Curacao the schools Fatima College, Kolegio Erasmo, Mgr. Niewindt College en Kolegio Chema Maduro/Angela Jessurun participate in the UNICEF Child Rights Film Festival 2018.

Thamara 11 years old and student of Kolegio Erasmo tells: ”I like the Child Rights Filmfestival a lot because you can be very creative. I also learnt that we all have rights. For example the right of having your own opinion.“

During the premiere the film ‘E Reskate’ by Fatima College won. This film will represent Curacao during the exiting regional final on 14 April 2018!
